Excuse me but Putin is no paragon of virtue and he seems more concerned with NATO expansion than anything else. He reminds me of any number of old timey USA crooked politicians.

It should be obvious to anyone that if you wish to master anything you need to be masterful. Bush misses the mark as do all the world leaders I am aware of today.
