Silence . . .
One of the surprising beauties of the jungle is its absence of unnecessary noise, motion, activity. Just pick a nice tree, prop yourself against it, and doze. In my life, even now, many years removed from Panama, the memory of that jungle environment sets my pace, in life, with family, with friends. People coming to my table sometimes have trouble slowing to my lack of haste.
