Don't think that I don't agree that there were major errors committed.

Cheney:
We believe that WMDs were transferred to Syria. Perhaps the nerve gas that they used recently against their own people.

Al-Quaeda was there and still is.

It was over in weeks. It was the occupation that failed to meet expectations

We were welcomed by many Iraqis early on.

To some extent they did but not in the traditional sense of direct payments. etc, etc.

He might ask for a quote on that one (I don't recall)

Some of our friends were reassured and some of our enemies were probably intimidated. Unfortunately we were unable to complete our plans within the term of our administration.

It was our hope that we would bring good things to Iraq. Once again given more time we might have been more successful. An evil dictator has been eliminated and the bones of a democratic process has been put in place. Given time and thoughtful diplomacy, it may still be successful.

Regardless of his answers, a majority would disagree and a minority would agree and wish he were potus.
