If that kind of rhetoric weren't built on the lives of innocent Americans and Iraqis, it would be funny. And coming as it does during the Congressional debates, it does seem to smack more of propaganda than reality.

One wonders why there should be "dazzling success" now, when there was "dismal failure" the first two times this was tried. Not "successes", but "success". My goodness, time to come home then.
