I what I am sure is that Beoing isn't really looking very closely.
They knew earlier last year that the a380 was no match to their 748
(747-800).
They are looking to see if these issues may foldback onto the aribus a350 xwb development.
That project is a direct competition to the 787.
Still hands down the 787 is better economically designed for the job than the a350xwb
