My issue, though, was in regards to the form and frame of the Amendment, not the Militia, and quoting should be taken verbatim. It is for the higher courts to decide legality and Constitutionality. We can offer suggestions for the re-framing of any Amendment, but without petitioned signatures on an agreed upon change, again verbatim, it's just so much smoke and mirrors.
