John Coueyâ€™s defense is now claiming he is retarded. A few days ago they were using the insanity story.

That child molester and murder knew what he was doing was wrong when he buried Jessica alive. He said it himself- when the police were closing in on him, he panic and buried her. That is someone who knew that raping her was wrong.

I hope they fry him.
