I like the sound of that.
An interesting nomenclature issue -- does the IAU already have guidelines on what is considered a sea / lake / pond? Bays, gulfs, and inlets? Do the same name schemes apply no matter what the liquid is, water, methane, or magma?
Thought question for the evening: given what we've found on Titan and Encelaedus, should a return to Saturn take priority over a flagship-class Europa mission? Regardless of "should", _will_ there be such a fight?
Given how little we've invested in a Europa mission, you could certainly argue that its place as the next flagship mission shouldn't be considered a lock-in should something more interesting come up.
I'd still stick with Europa if costs/risks are equal -- partly because it could help fill in from the limited Galileo dataset on other moons too as it gets into orbit. What'd seal it for me is if a Europa probe gets me some good pics of Io, since I'm big on volcanoes.
