Now, as I recall, Fallujah has been "captured" and "cleaned out" 2 1/2 or 3 times by the goodguys, at tremendous loss of life. White phosphorus and 500# bombs were used against civilians, who were prevented from fleeing the city. By those self-same goodguys. Who built berms around the city for the purpose of keeping people both in and out. And then bombed 'em.

So, how is this happening? Maybe time to "take" the city, what's left of it, again?
