I've gone over this issue patiently with you in any number of threads, and you simply refuse to accept the basic premise of scale in this issue.
The effects you discuss are so immensely swamped by other normal forces, like solar influx, that they are utterly insignificant.
And evaporating water vapor would increase the pressure again. Ever think of that?
