Well, almost.
I made it in (http://www.cnes.fr/web/5038-geipan.php) the web site and even managed the English version but when trying access the Geipan link it stalled.
Interesting that they don’t like the term UFO but use UAP (unidentified aerospace phenomenon), which they refer to as lights in the sky and not physical evidence.
Seems a stretch to me, as a lot objects reported are not just lights.
