Wow, and it sure answers your question. Looking at the specs, my first answer would've been photo-quality printing, where you want to really slather on the ink to achieve deep colors and high gloss. Then I watched the video, and saw not only that kind of application, I saw the damn thing spitting out high-gloss photo prints faster than even a laser printer can print low quality black and white.
That is one hot technology.
