I wouldn’t rule out Red Dwarfs not having Earth-like planets. We have been wrong before about our assumptions.
Mercury was once thought to keep one face totally locked to the Sun because it was so close.
Jupiter’s (All gas giants) moons were once thought to be dead and uninteresting because they are small, not planets, and frankly, so was our moon.
