Our Dot has been eating wet cat food from Purina. After this scare, I checked the web site and her food is not on the list. I have been thinking about giving her homemade food as other pet owners are doing now, especially dog owners who have opted to feed their pets with homemade food. She loves tuna, but cats cannot have processed tuna. It may get expensive, but she's worth it.

We try to get away from processed foods as much as we can, why not do the same for your pets.

Maybe organics will be the way to go.

Bottom line side note: If the US has strict agricultural guidelines, shouldn't the countries that we trade with have them too?
