MER's probably not still working, but between now and 2013 we should see...

Mars:
Phoenix ('08-'09)
MSL ('09-well, MER longevity AT LEAST)
Exomars (maybe)
New NASA Orbiter/Scout mission ('11)

Elsewhere:
Dawn (Vesta 2011, Ceres 2015)
July 2015 you've got New Horizons at Pluto
Messenger at Mercury in 2011
Juno flying to Jupiter for a 2016 arrival
Nothing short of an armada going to do remote obs at the Moon.

More would be nice - Enceladus, Europa, Titan - all deserve New Frontiers budget missions, but there's plenty going on in that timeframe. Don't worry.
