There's an extremely aggressive Israel with nuclear weapons and rockets. There is Pakistan, and India, at each others throats much of the time, with nuclear weapons and rockets.

Hell, GWB has nukes and rockets, and he's the biggest rogue leader in the world today.

The only reason to fear nukes, besides proliferators such as Pakistan supplying them to terrorists, is if one is going to attack a country.

That's the only reason for missile defense, too. If one wants to attack someone, it's best if they don't have nukes and missiles.

The idea of a "rogue" nation or leader committing suicide by using them aggressively in nonsense, EXCEPT for George W. Bush and the United States. The US under Bush could well use them, being as it is a rogue nation.

Otherwise, for non-aggressive countries, it's not a great thing to have them floating around, but there are a lot of them. In irresponsible hands.
