serious question...
Can anyone here tell me how to decipher the rules for The Virgin Earth Challenge? virginearth.com (I can't get the link to paste). I believe that I have a solution, and cannot make any sense of what to do. The entry form is something to printed, I guess...followed by about a million stipulations saying nothing. This is important business, if anyone can help, thanks in advance.
