Somehow I believe the British Marines about their treatment in captivity, and I believe this guy about his treatment. The US is accumulating a long history of torture.

The "ticking bomb" rationale for torture doesn't work any more. The US under Bush & Cheney uses that as an excuse, and then tortures routinely. Disgusting that a diplomat can be captured and tortured.
