Saudi trying to develop or buy (from Pakistan probably) the ability to match Iran.

Possible transfer of weapons to Hezbollah or other proxy group

Possible first strike by Isreali once the Iranian's develop and test an IRBM capable warhead

Possible first strike by Iran or proxy against Israel

Very unlikely but possible use of an embargo against Iran by a US led coalition

Basically a mini-cold war in the middle east based on Iran finishing its plan to develop nukes they started in 1982 (or earlier based on some sources)
