Speaking of photosynthethis...quantum effects
The article previously cited describes early photosynthethis. Now it looks as if photosynthethis may well be a quantum effect phenomenon. Not surprising, to me at least. I know that speculation on human cognition being a possible quantum effect is not widely accepted but I'd be surprised if it were not so also.
