The war changed after the mosque bombing. It's changing again. It's now mostly a war of al Qaeda terror violence against the Sunnis who are trying to ease their way into government, and al Qaeda attacks on Shiites to try and reignite the secular violence (which has been a prime goal since Zarqawi originally proposed it.)
