If you read more than a Conservative blog, you'll see that the NK deal was contingent upon a bank account which was frozen at the request of the US being "unfrozen".

That hadn't happened.

So, again Bush didn't keep his word and Conservatives are demonizing North Korea. Again.

Go figure.
