Vigilante justice is no justice at all
There is a reason why civilised societies have deputed the power of law enforcement to the Police.
It allows trained professionals to apply a standard set of rules and a publicly-approved standard of action across all cases.
Do you suggest we withdraw the highway police and that every citizen should be empowered to shoot the tyres out from drivers who break road rules?
Or we remove the divorce courts and allow spouses to divide their financial affairs and children at gun point?
