There were several descriptions like this yet Cho was only 5' 8".
The second problem is that there were NO public address annoucements over the campuses PA syatems after the first shootings which I think is unconscionable, and secondly, the local police were told to STAND DOWN until the FEDS arrived. Another bad move.
