Well, atmospheric tests, HAARP and dropping highly charged particulates in the air to alter our weather patterns are now Property of the US Government. Whether they cause drought in Africa, massive hurricanes in the US, high wind stomrs in the Alps or generally blow your Aunt Edna off the porch, NO ONE will be able to mutter a word of protest.

And he won't be able to offer an opinion to the media because now everything has to be screened, regurgitated, dumb-downed and put out from a chain of command that comes out of Washington. Scientists and meteorologists who don't follow this fascist chain of command will suffer severe consequences.

So now, "owning the weather 2025" will be a snap and a sure fire way to eliminate the growing population explosion. Insurance companies will be federally owned next. You wait and see.
