It's not so bad. Most people can learn a thing after several sessions.
It's the ones who can't learn it but have to do it that get to me. I mean, why should anyone have to fill out an online job application in order to apply for manual labor jobs? If people had computer skills, would they really be looking for work sweeping floors and cleaning public rest rooms?
PA Career Link, the perpetrator of this dopiness, is a state employment agency that has converted to completely online applications. It says its clients can get assistance from the public library, which was quite a surprise for us as the state cut our funding for operating expenses, and didn't inform us that we were getting all these poor souls referred to us.
