I believe that if a teenager is liked ( I believe this is the pre-equisite for it)...they get TPed in the middle of the night...TP strewn all over ones' trees...what a holy mess if it happens to rain....I think it may be an 'honor'....but you would not believe the amount of Toilet paper used....my gawd...Sheryl would have a crow.....oops, cow. One could wipe ones' bum for a year with this amount of waste!!
