He's Russian, though living in London, England.

He can afford the 300 million dollar fee being asked
for by RKA for a rich Lunar tourist to be sent on
a circumnavigation trip around the moon onboard
a modified Soyuz spacecraft.

And he wants to go!

The historic mission is being targeted for sometime after
2010...I think it will happen in 2011 [50th anniversary of Vostok 1].
If it does happen in 2011, it will have been 39 years since the
last humans, the Apollo 17 crew, visited the Lunar vicinity.

Question is!...Who will accompany him?
