What's interesting is that's she's asking for financial "aid".

Any country would be crazy to help "financially" as this administration has NO idea how to manage "money", even with an open pocketbook.
The aid given worldwide to us for Hurricane Katrina is a good example of waste. Not even 10% was distributed.
What ever happened to "Iraqi oil would pay to rebuild Iraq?" What? American contractors siphon it off under DOD pretenses?

Oh, and that bit about "strengthening Iraq and its young democratic government" is a load of bull too. What? Has she been watching "The Secret" too? Does she think that if she REPEATS it often enough and BELIEVES it.... that it will come true? (I mean, what planet is she living on?)
