There is not one single piece of evidence mentioned linking tungsten to leukemia.
The link in the full article describes studies examining possible links between inhaling cobalt, tungsten, and other heavy metals to lung cancer, which at least makes some sense. But all the writer has to see is the word "carcinogen," and that's enough connection for him.
