There is a lot of legal prescedent for this.... parents have been prosecuted for taking bath pics of their own infants (even though no one claims they were sexually abused) because they had the film developed by some store clerk that decided to call the cops... just proud parents? Yes...but in some readings of the law a crime...So It appears it is admissible...

In this case it seems we caught a bunch of wannabes, and I am ok with that... they can be dangerous too, but if you are on to them, then string it out as long as possible to get as many as possible, from the reports they were no where near acting on their silly fantasy... use them to draw out more wannabe terrorists.... this seems like a bust done too soon....
