It stopped rising eight years ago.

If you just consider the US rise in big SUV sales and Chinaâ€™s automotive increase and there coal mining bonanza it doesnâ€™t make sense that global warming leveled off.

I heard on the radio today that April 07 was the coolest in 180 years.
