Dems didn't crumble, they're the only ones who cares about the troops.
Bush really doesn't care. He's looking to blame, and he's the one standing in the way of the money. I don't know why his propaganda, that it's the Dems, seems to play so well.
Heck, look at how the Bush Administration treats the wounded vets. Neglect, and not benign neglect. Neglect pure and simple. They're done with them, not concerned with what happens.
And it's so glaring.
