Bush pays Pakistan 1 Billion Dollars a Year to "catch Bin Laden"

With no accountability as to how that's spent.
I'll bet it's a back room deal; to keep Pakistan from blowing the crap outta Washington.
After all, their intelligence chief sat with our State Dept. the morning of 9/11.
The same guy who had wired Mohammed Atta $100,000 a few months before.
Oh, and we had a no fly, no shoot zone over the Pakistan border for 30 days after 9-11, so Bin laden could escape there from Afganistan.
