Iraq Population:
2003 24,683,313 43 July 2003 est.
2004 26,074,906 44 5.64 % July 2005 est.
2005 26,074,906 44 0.00 % July 2005 est.
2006 26,783,383 44 2.72 % July 2006 est.
2007 27,499,638 44 2.67 % July 2007 est.

Birth rate is increasing, there is about 3/4 million per year being added.
"Death rate: 5.26 deaths/1,000 population (2007 est.)"
so times 27 million that is 142,020 per year.
2003 5.84 173 2003 est.
2004 5.49 181 -5.99 % 2004 est.
2005 5.49 179 0.00 % 2005 est.
2006 5.37 182 -2.19 % 2006 est.
2007 5.26 184 -2.05 % 2007 est.
So it went from 5.84 in 2003 to 5.26 in 2007.
So if the death rate was 5.84 in 2006 instead of 142,020 deaths there would 157,680, so you could say that Bush's war might save as much as 15,660 Iraqis in 2007. Now, you could quibble about that, but it's far, far more accurate than the lie of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis citizens having died because of the coalition forces and the war in Iraq. The truth is we have killed tens of thousands of terrorists and the terrorists have killed tens of thousands of citizens. And in terms of all violent deaths in Iraq from whatever cause, more violent deaths occur each year in the US from car accidents then average per year violent deaths in Iraq.
And as far as US soldier deaths, those brave men and women could have chosen "lifestyle" choices [such as things as riding bicycles or drinking] in the US which would have resulted in a higher mortality rate. If the choice was the military, or selling drugs/belonging to a gang, the choice of joining the military and going to Iraq is much more safer- not mention getting far better pay.
Now as far as people leaving Iraq, a higher percentage of people are leaving Cuba. And according to this graph
Afghanistan, is country with highest migration rate- though that appears to be flattening off. The countries lower on graph are:
2 Cayman Islands
3 Qatar
4 Kuwait
The country with highest percentage of people leaving is:
Micronesia, Federated States of
And Mexico has higher rate than Cuba and of course much higher than Iraq:
