Window dressing, folks to trot out on Sunday morning to cover Bush's ass.
What Bush doesn't realise is that he has projected himself as The Great Decider, The Commander in Chief, the guy who makes the hard decisions. The others don't matter.
The others have been and will be, under Bush, simply toadys, yes-men, The Great Agreers. It's been demonstrated he can't stand to have another point of view around.
