Audio quality on NASA Public TV is truly miserable
In fact, the speech is often unintelligible. What is it with these guys? Decent speech quality can be had with even 8 kbps. This sounds like people trying to speak through cheap plastic razoos, or maybe tin cans separated by strings.
I remember this topic came up here on the last mission, but this time the audio quality has dropped well below the bar.
