Haven't you read any books by the narco agents on both sides?
they'll get their guy, and when it's proven he has government ties, he gets off, and the narc is blocked and demoted. Sometimes shot.

The "War on Drugs" is a joke.
Just sets up agencies on BOTH sides that PROTECT the drug imports (at least by the big guys...see Army and presidential pilots). Give them control over the information. Allows weapons and cash payoffs to go to the best gringos (corrupt on both sides). Make the public feel safer because they are doing good.

Please don't ask for the names of books or persons....have been giving them to you for what.....9 years now?
