Along those lines...
What I would like to know is how much CO2 each country is outputting compared to how much they are taking out of the air (Through plants, open bodies of water- including coastlines, etc.)
Perhaps such a study might encourage countries with large amount of forest to not cut them down. And for countries who have cut down forest, do some replanting.
