Norton Speed Disk still does that
I kept the Utilities after dumping NAV in favor (first) of AVG and (now) Avast, both freeware.
Speed Disk takes a long time on an 80g HD, so I only run it when things get really bad, and use the XP defrag utility as a stop-gap.
