What I am about to describe is not in space, but under water;
I have been trying, since 1983, to find the answer to what another person and I saw while traveling to London.

I think we were approximatley 3 to 4 hours frome the Heathrow Airport. It was about 3;00 pm, on a bright and sunny day.
The water below was a chrystal clear blue. The passenger nest to me, were looking out the window at the same time, and I said "look at that"!! We observed what appeared to be a HUGE city, laid out with buildings, streets, and what appreared to be houses; It went as far as we could see to the Horizan, and continued on for about ten minutes or so.
I had left Des Moines, Iowa, the previous day, in the month of June 1983.
I have contacted many various organizations in England, as well as other countries, who might provide some sort of answer, but to no avail.
If there is anyone on this site who may be able to help me solve this dillema, I would really appreiacte it.
