Yes you are
Gene R. made three pilots in the 1970s, all variations on the theme
of a man from the near future (of 1979) being put into suspended
animation as part of a scientific experiment. Then something goes
terribly wrong with the world (nuclear war in the first two pilots,
big space rocks hitting Earth in the third) and he finds himself
waking up several centuries in the future. Think Thundarr the
Barbarian without the sunsword or Ookla.
The pilots weren't bad and there were some clever ideas, but the
networks never picked them up. Anyone know if they are available
on DVD?
