I have a question.

Every now and then I get some really good news items sent to me via e-mail. Okay the answer may be painfully obvious, but look who is posting this. Need I say more?

What process do I have to go through to eventually get it on the Zone?

Example:I was sent a video about an alternative fuel source that has great promise. The only address I got was May42007WKYCCleveland.wmv....Now what does this computer challenged grandmother do?
