A milestone has been reached!
1.00 USD = 1,247.45 IQD
Back in March of 2005 when I bought my Iraqi Dinars, 1 US Dollar(USD) was worth 1,500 Iraqi Dinars(IQD). Up until November 1, 2006 the value stayed fairly flat, ranging from 1,500 - 1,490 IQD : 1 USD. Then starting on Nov 1 through late January of this year it went on a steady increase, where it leveled off around 1,280. I've been waiting for the 1,250 threshold to be reached for a while now, and that day is today!
