Where's the Super-Duper Deluxe?

Pretty cool. Bigelow's got a plan that NASA should be envious of. But I wonder if they can't extend it further and design inflatables designed to use ISRU for mass-shielding i.e. extracting water from NEAs to use against cosmic rays for stations beyond the magneto-sphere. Or Inflatables designed to be buried under regolith on the Moon and asteroids.
That'd be really cool.
