The main reason it isn't working is because we aren't even trying. Pop culture is allowed to glorify and celebrate drugs. They tell our kids how cool and hip it is to do them. The "anti-drug" messages are jokes. Most of them are done by known dopeheads who are probably high while reading the cue cards.
You want to know who's really to blame? It's the fiends in charge of the enternainment industrial complex. The ones who try to sexualize our preteen girls, the ones who have been pushing a pro homosexual agenda on tv and in movies for the past 40 years, the ones who push trash culture as hip and cool. These are the enemies who are seeking to poison our society and turn it into an open sewer. Until something is done about them, it will only get worse.
