U forgot the BIG ONE ......on APOLLO 13
Aquarius descent engine performed flawlessy twice, once to get the 13 stack out of the LOI trajectory and again on a non computer controlled burn to tweak the course for splashdown. Now that's what I call FLYING by the seat of their pants.
