I saw it at a film festival a few months ago -- it's well worth going!
If you're a space buff there won't be a whole lot that's "new", but there are some new perspectives. The astronauts are more reflective, relaxed, and talkative than I've ever seen them (to be fair, it's mostly the ones you'd expect to be like that -- Collins, Bean, Lovell, Aldrin, etc), and it's interesting to hear their take now that they feel comfortable opening up.
They did a great job remastering old footage, including things like doing a perfect job of syncing up the audio and images of Apollo 11 misson control footage. According to the director (who was at the performance I saw), NASA is in the process of transfering its Apollo archives from film to digital media, and a lot of the old footage had never before been released. I definitely saw some shots that were new to me.
