Lots of problems with MCP suits.

Your concern would be cured with a gecko (van der Waals forces) like "adhesive" which could be turned on and off.

But, Donning and Doffing still has it's issues which polymers which contract with the application of current would solve. Which would allow continuous wear as well. Sizing problems over time are solved by make a new suit every EVA.

MCP suits are simply superior conceptually to pressure bladder suits. So they will be used when solutions to these problems are find.

BTW, the Apollo era glove was not in anyway superior to the current uses Phase VI Glove. The Apollo Astronauts where just more willing to bruise and bleed.
