re: Mars Rovers, this could be the end, reported July 20,07
In the sci-fi book "Evolution" one story has the humans going extinct on the Earth while advanced Von Neuman Mars rover bots proliferate, evolve, explore the galaxy and return to Earth only to overlook the non-sentient creatures that humanity evolved into.
Kill the rovers now! Before it's too late!
